Do I need to do the Baseline+ before joining HealthPlan?
Yes — every member starts with Brightly Baseline+™. It gives us the clinical picture we need to build a care plan that's genuinely personalised to you. Without it, we'd just be guessing.
What does the Baseline+ appointment involve?
It's a comprehensive whole-of-person assessment — not a standard GP check. We use 100+ biomarkers and 200+ data points to identify early risks, uncover health interactions, and set clear prevention priorities. You'll leave with a personalised focus for your care.
Can I use my private health insurance?
We help you get more from your existing private health cover and any eligible public funding. Our team will work through what applies to you as part of your membership. The Baseline+ programme is not covered by private health insurance.
What happens if I need to see a specialist urgently?
Brightly has a structured escalation pathway — a direct route to your Brightly GP, a specialist, or a broader multidisciplinary team when needed. You won't be left navigating the system on your own.
What if I want to cancel?
Membership runs for a 12-month minimum term and renews automatically. You can cancel before the renewal date without any penalty — just let us know ahead of time.
