Brightly is a preventative health and wellbeing service designed to help people live well, stay independent, and age confidently.

At Brightly, we are setting up clinics around the country, to focus on proactive, preventable and holistic health and wellness programs for older adults.

Our programmes start with a whole of person assessment to create a baseline marker. Our experienced Multidisciplinary Medical Team create a personalised and comprehensive care plan that is delivered over time at our clinics. Led by a Brightly nurse, coordinated by a Brightly health advocate, and connected through the Brightly system, we create better health outcomes for our members.

Brightly is ideal for people who want to be proactive about their health, strengthen independence, and improve health span. Many members are aged 55+, but there is no strict age limit.

Traditional care often begins after illness. Brightly focuses on prevention — identifying silent or early signs of decline and providing tailored support before problems escalate. 

Brightly Baseline+™ is a structured, evidence‑based baseline programme delivered over two weeks.

Using 100+ biomarkers, 200+ data points, and the clinical experience of your dedicated Brightly team, we identify red flags early, detect emerging risks before they escalate, and understand how different health factors interact.

Our Brightly nurse will take you through an in-depth assessment of key health domains, including:

Brightly Baseline+™ biomarkers are the 100+ measurable data points we use to understand how well you are ageing today and where future risks may be emerging.

They are drawn from your health history and questionnaire responses, physical assessments and performance measures, and clinical investigations. Together, they provide an objective, evidence informed picture of your health across physical health, cognition, mobility, nutrition, sleep, medication, and more. Your assessment is personalised to your health profile, with biomarkers included where clinically applicable. By analysing these indicators together, we identify risk early and track progress over time, supporting confident and proactive ageing.

The investment for your Brightly Baseline+™ Programme is $1,399

A Brightly nurse leads your initial appointment, supported by our multidisciplinary clinical team (geriatricians, GPs, physios, occupational therapists, dietitians, psychologists, pharmacists, and more).  This is where the magic happens – understanding how each domain of health overlaps, but have all specialists reviewing your file together, to shape one coordinated solution across all elements of health. 

Your nurse consultation will take up to 60 minutes depending on your needs.

Your GP consultation will take up to 30 minutes depending on your needs.

Your Health Coaching session will take up to 45 minutes depending on your needs.

Appointments can be completed at a Brightly Clinic.

You can pay online before your appointment starts. You will be sent an invoice once you book in your Nurse Consultation. We accept Mastercard & Visa, or direct deposit.

Yes! While the Baseline+ has been designed to cut across all domains of health and lifestyle, which is wider than what a geriatrician review covers, we do also offer specialist geriatrician appointments. We are looking through the lens of early detection of decline, rather than disease diagnosis. Our clinical team is geriatrician led, but supported by 10 different clinicians, each specialising in older person health for their domain.

Our multidisciplinary team includes geriatricians, GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, psychologists, and health coaches. 

A geriatrician is a doctor with specialist training (10 years +) focusing on older patient's health conditions and needs. In the same way that a paediatrician is the specialist in children's health, a geriatrician is the master of the old. A geriatrician typically diagnoses the diseases of ageing, including cognitive decline. Our Geriatricians can do this, but our focus is on preventing this decline, supported by our team of clinical specialists.

Our clinical team can access your lab results, dispensed medications, hospital history, hospital radiology reports, and clinical documents, with your consent.

If a need is identified, your Brightly clinician will coordinate a referral through the Brightly Network — our trusted ecosystem of partner providers (optometry, dental, audiology, podiatry, legal, financial, and more). We manage the transition for you. 

Brightly services are currently available in select regions, with more Health Hubs opening soon.

Absolutely — we follow strict privacy, data protection, and clinical governance standards. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Yes — many members choose to involve their spouse, children, or trusted supporters (with your consent). We encourage family participation. 

Yes. We can share assessments, insights, and recommendations with your GP (with your consent) to support coordinated care. 

No, you will keep working with your GP.

Brightly works alongside your GP, complementing their care with additional insight and support. A lot of our members have been referred to us by their GP, who wants them to receive specialist gerontology (specialising in older person healthcare) services (diagnosis and treatment plans).

Brightly is a preventative service and does not provide emergency treatment. In an emergency, please call 111 or seek local urgent care.
