Slow the causes of cognitive decline before dementia takes hold.
If you have noticed changes in your memory or thinking — or if someone you love has — the window to act is open right now. But it does not stay open for long.
6 clinicians, one pathway
Six months
Brightly members only
40%
of dementia cases worldwide are attributable to modifiable risk factors that can be identified and treated.
1 in 3
dementia diagnoses are preceded by mild cognitive impairment — the window in which intervention is most effective.
Up to 23%
of people referred with memory concerns are found to have a reversible cause — not dementia.
Many of the factors that drive cognitive decline are reversible. Depression. Sleep apnoea. Nutrient deficiencies. Cardiovascular risk. Medication interactions. Hearing loss. If these are identified and treated before dementia takes hold, the outcome can be meaningfully different.
MindThrive is a six-month clinical programme that investigates and addresses every one of these factors — with six clinicians, a fully coordinated care pathway, and a clear outcome at the end.
Noticing memory changes
You or someone you love has noticed changes in memory, thinking, or concentration. You want answers. And more importantly, you want to do something about it while there is still time.
Identified at Baseline+TM
Your Brightly Baseline+™ assessment has identified cognitive risk factors or flagged concerns that warrant a closer look. Your clinical team has recommended MindThrive as the appropriate next step.
Partners and spouses
If your partner has been diagnosed with dementia, your own risk is significantly elevated. MindThrive is not just for the person with memory concerns. It is for everyone in that household who wants to act early.

WHAT MINDTHRIVE INVESTIGATES
The reversible factors most people miss.
Most memory assessments look at cognition in isolation. MindThrive looks at everything that could be driving or accelerating cognitive change, and systematically investigates and treats every reversible factor.
Hearing loss
One of the strongest modifiable dementia risk factors — and one of the most frequently missed
Sleep apnoea
Untreated OSA is significantly associated with cognitive decline and dementia risk
Depression
Frequently mistaken for dementia in older adults — and entirely treatable
Cardiovascular risk
Blood pressure, cholesterol, HbA1c, and atrial fibrillation all assessed and managed
Medication interactions
A full pharmacy review identifies any drugs contributing to or mimicking cognitive symptoms
Nutrient deficiencies
A brain-targeted supplement protocol prescribed where blood data indicates a need
All factors are investigated simultaneously — not one at a time. MindThrive is designed to leave nothing uninvestigated.
MindThrive follows a structured three-step pathway across six months, with a clear clinical decision at the end about your next steps.
Initial consultation: your full intervention plan is built and activated
Your Brightly GP reviews your complete Baseline+ results and identifies every reversible risk factor relevant to you. All parallel interventions are activated in this single consultation — cardiovascular, metabolic, and mood management plans are initiated, and referrals to hearing and sleep specialists are coordinated immediately. This is where the full six months of work is set in motion.
WEEK 1–2
Parallel interventions: six clinicians working simultaneously across six months
Your cardiovascular, metabolic, and mood management plans run throughout the programme. Your Integrative Doctor prescribes a brain-targeted supplement protocol based on your blood data. Your Pharmacist conducts a full medication review. External audiology and sleep specialists are seen, with results returned to your GP for integration. All six members of your Brightly Neuro team work in parallel — not sequentially.
MONTHS 1–6
Six-month review: your outcome is determined, and your path forward is clear
Your Brightly Neuro Nurse conducts a structured review of your memory concerns and clinical progress at six months. Your GP reviews all findings and determines your pathway — exit MindThrive with a clear lifestyle plan and continued HealthPlan™ support if reversible factors have been successfully addressed, or progress to a formal diagnosis pathway if concerns remain.
WEEK 1-2

MindThrive brings together six specialist clinicians around a single, coordinated care pathway. For a member navigating memory concerns, this is the most thorough clinical response available.
Brightly GP
PROGRAMME LEAD
Identifies all reversible risk factors, activates and coordinates your full intervention plan, and leads the six-month review and outcome determination. Your primary clinical anchor throughout the programme.
Brightly Neuro nurse
ASSESSMENT & REVIEW
Conducts the structured six-month review of your memory concerns and clinical progress — assessing cognitive function, coordinating family input, and providing clinical findings to your GP for the gate decision.
Integrative doctor
PROGRAMME LEAD
Prescribes a brain-targeted supplement protocol based on your blood data — addressing nutrient deficiencies that may be driving or accelerating cognitive symptoms.
Specialist pharmacist
MEDICATIONS
Conducts a full review of all your current medications — identifying interactions, contraindications, or any drugs that may be contributing to cognitive symptoms
Audiology specialist
HEARING
Assesses hearing function via coordinated external referral — untreated hearing loss is one of the strongest modifiable dementia risk factors. Results are returned to your Brightly GP for integration.
WHAT HAPPENS AT SIX MONTHS
A clear outcome. Whatever the result.
At your six-month gate review, your Brightly Neuro Nurse and GP determine your pathway. You will not be left with uncertainty about what your results mean or what to do next.
PATHWAY A – THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULT
Reversible causes found and treated — exit with confidence
If your review shows that the reversible factors driving your cognitive concerns have been successfully identified and treated — and that no further concerns remain — you exit MindThrive with a clear lifestyle plan. Your ongoing care continues through your Brightly HealthPlan™ membership, with your cognitive health monitored at every reassessment.
PATHWAY B – IF CONCERNS REMAIN
Referred into a formal diagnosis pathway — with your team beside you
If concerns remain at six months despite treating all reversible factors, your GP will refer you into a formal diagnosis pathway — geriatrician-led, fully coordinated, and designed to give you and your family a clear, complete clinical picture of what is happening and what comes next. Your Brightly team remains with you throughout.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Things people usually ask about MindThrive.
Do I need a Baseline+ assessment before I can join MindThrive?
Yes — MindThrive is only available to Brightly members who have completed their Baseline+™ assessment. Your Baseline+ results tell your Brightly GP which reversible risk factors are relevant to you specifically — without them, the programme cannot be personalised. If you haven't completed your Baseline+ yet, that's your first step.
Is everything really included in the $2,999?
Yes — the $2,999 covers all Brightly Neuro team clinician time and all coordinated interventions: your GP consultation and six months of cardiovascular, metabolic, and mood management; your Integrative Doctor's nutrient review and brain-targeted supplement protocol; your Pharmacist's full medication review; your hearing assessment; coordination of your sleep specialist referral; your Neuro Nurse's six-month structured review; and your GP's gate consultation. The only costs outside the programme fee are the sleep study and any supplements prescribed — these are pass-through costs quoted at cost, and your GP will advise you on what to expect at your initial consultation.
What if my memory concerns turn out not to be dementia?
That's exactly what MindThrive is designed to find out. Up to 23% of people referred with memory concerns are found to have a reversible cause — not dementia. Untreated depression, hearing loss, sleep apnoea, nutrient deficiencies, and medication interactions can all produce significant cognitive symptoms — and all are treatable. If MindThrive identifies and successfully treats a reversible cause, you exit with a clear lifestyle plan and genuine peace of mind. That is the best possible outcome, and it happens more often than most people expect.
Do all six clinicians work on my case?
Yes — all six are actively involved. Your GP leads the programme and coordinates the full team. Your Neuro Nurse conducts the six-month review. Your Integrative Doctor prescribes your nutrient protocol based on your blood data. Your Pharmacist reviews all your current medications. External audiology and sleep specialists assess your hearing and sleep, with their results returned to your GP for integration. All six work simultaneously across the six months — every intervention runs in parallel, not sequentially, so nothing is delayed waiting for another result.
Can my family be involved?
Yes — and we encourage it. At the six-month review, your Brightly Neuro Nurse specifically gathers your families perspective on memory changes and daily function. Family input is a formal part of the clinical picture, not an afterthought. If you proceed to a formal diagnosis pathway following MindThrive, that consultation is held with you and your family together.
What happens after the six months?
At your six-month gate review, your Brightly Neuro Nurse and GP determine your pathway. If reversible causes have been successfully addressed and no further concerns remain, you exit MindThrive with a clear lifestyle plan — Pathway A. Your cognitive health continues to be monitored through your ongoing HealthPlan™ membership. If concerns remain despite treating all reversible factors, your GP refers you into a formal diagnosis pathway — geriatrician-led, fully coordinated, and designed to give you and your family a complete clinical picture and a clear plan for what comes next — Pathway B.
